License Terms — One-Time Purchase (Perpetual Use)
The plugin is licensed under a perpetual, non-transferable license that grants you the right to use the product indefinitely after purchase.
Your one-time purchase includes all feature updates, security patches, and technical support while the product remains actively supported and sold by Lieska.
Once active support for the product ends or the product is officially discontinued, no new updates or compatibility fixes will be provided. However, you will retain full rights to use the last available version of the plugin without time limitation, subject to the following conditions:
- Permitted Use: The plugin may be installed and used on the number of sites allowed by your purchase terms.
- No Transfer: Licenses may not be resold, sublicensed, or transferred to another party without prior written consent from Lieska.
- Support Period: Technical support is available only during the period when the product is actively supported.
- End of Support: “Actively supported” means the plugin continues to receive maintenance updates and remains available for sale through official Lieska channels.
- No Guarantee of Perpetual Updates: While your license is perpetual for use, Lieska does not guarantee continuous updates or support after the product’s active lifecycle ends.
- Termination: Lieska may discontinue the product or replace it with a successor at its sole discretion, but users will maintain perpetual rights to the latest supported version released before discontinuation.
